Educator Pathways Program Development and Community Engagement: During the reporting period, the organization advanced the development of a new educator pathways initiative aimed at supporting aspiring educators from diverse backgrounds. A convening event brought together educators and community partners, featuring Dr. Gholnecsar (Goldie) Muhammad as the keynote speaker. This event served as a foundational moment, generating vital feedback from attendees regarding current program needs and informing future planning through structured brainstorming sessions. Based on insights gathered, the organization developed a comprehensive program framework tailored to the unique needs of aspiring educators. A soft pilot of this framework will be launched during the summer of 2025 to test and refine the program model. Pilot Program for College Juniors scheduled for 2025: A new pilot initiative targeting college juniors interested in entering the education field will be launched. Five to six students were identified as potential participants for the initial cohort. The organization began forming strategic partnerships with higher education institutions to explore opportunities for offering accredited coursework as part of the program. These relationships are anticipated to strengthen the program and provide robust educational opportunities for participants.
