Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $109,422 spent. Financial Support for Transport Programs of Coalition Members: CART provides services to CART Coalition members to facilitate and streamline their programs to transport adoptable animals out of Arkansas. This enabled CART to fund 77 transports that moved 2,399 animals compared to 1,195 in 2024 while delivering remarkable efficiency: 97 cents of every dollar spent in 2025 went directly to our members. The funds were primarily awarded for payments to support transport costs and vehicle-related expenses reimbursement for health certificates and reimbursement for spay neuter surgery. Separately supplies for animals were provided. In 2025 CART spent $109,422 in these categories.
