Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. 2024 ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - HOSTED THREE MAJOR EVENTS: ORGANIZED THREE GATHERINGS TO FOSTER CAMARADERIE AMONG USAFA FOOTBALL ALUMNI, CELEBRATE THE HISTORY OF THE PROGRAM, AND PROVIDE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES. - FUNDRAISING FOR THE USAFA FOOTBALL PROGRAM: RAISED FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HERITAGE HALL, ENSURING THAT THE RICH HISTORY, TRADITIONS, AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF USAFA FOOTBALL ARE PRESERVED FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. - COLLABORATED WITH THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY ATHLETIC FUND: PARTNERED ON SIX ADDITIONAL EVENTS TO EXPAND ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT, STRENGTHEN THE CONNECTION BETWEEN FORMER PLAYERS AND THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM, AND ENHANCE THE BROADER USAFA FOOTBALL COMMUNITY. - ESTABLISHED A MEMORIAL AND FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM: LAUNCHED A NEW INITIATIVE TO HONOR FORMER USAFA FOOTBALL PLAYERS WHO HAVE PASSED AWAY AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES. THIS INCLUDED HOSTING THESE FAMILIES AT USAFA FOOTBALL GAMES, ENSURING THEY REMAIN CONNECTED TO THE ACADEMY'S COMMUNITY AND THAT THEIR LOVED ONES' LEGACIES ARE RECOGNIZED AND CELEBRATED. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, BOLT BROTHERHOOD HAS EXPANDED ITS IMPACT, STRENGTHENED ALUMNI CONNECTIONS, AND REINFORCED ITS COMMITMENT TO SERVING THE USAFA FOOTBALL COMMUNITY. 2025 GOALS: BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESS IN 2024, BOLT BROTHERHOOD IS SETTING AMBITIOUS GOALS FOR 2025 TO FURTHER ITS MISSION AND INCREASE ITS IMPACT: - EXPAND OUTREACH TO 25% MORE MEMBERS: UTILIZE ENHANCED COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, INCLUDING TEXT MESSAGING AND DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT TOOLS, TO CONNECT WITH MORE FORMER PLAYERS AND ENSURE THEY REMAIN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE BOLT BROTHERHOOD COMMUNITY. - DOUBLE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS: INCREASE FUNDRAISING BY 100% TO PROVIDE GREATER FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR USAFA FOOTBALL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT, AND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION. - STRENGTHEN GOVERNANCE WITH ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS: ACTIVELY RECRUIT TWO ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS TO BROADEN LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVES, IMPROVE OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT, AND ENSURE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY. THESE INITIATIVES WILL ALLOW BOLT BROTHERHOOD TO BETTER SERVE THE USAFA FOOTBALL ALUMNI COMMUNITY, ENHANCE HISTORICAL PRESERVATION EFFORTS, AND STRENGTHEN ENGAGEMENT FOR YEARS TO COME.
