Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $1,101 spent. Inspiration Point presented City Maze, an immersive installation by artist Jane Dickson in collaboration with John "Crash" Matos, reimagining Dickson's seminal 1980 installation originally created in the South Bronx. The interactive exhibition transformed the gallery into a symbolic urban labyrinth designed for exploration, play, and community engagement, reviving the spirit of the original project and celebrating the creative energy and cultural history of the South Bronx. Approximately 400 individuals benefited through free public access to the exhibition and related programming.
  2. $400 spent. Inspiration Point exhibited A Reference Letter for the Revolution: The 2025 Fellowship Exhibition, presented in partnership with En Foco. The exhibition featured the work of fifteen lens-based artists of color selected for the 2025 En Foco Artist Fellowship and highlighted themes of cultural resilience, identity, accountability, and social connection through photography, video, and interdisciplinary media. The program provided the public with free access to contemporary arts programming, artist dialogue, and cultural engagement addressing topics including immigration, colonial history, transgender ancestry, and queer self-representation. Approximately 250 individuals benefited from the exhibition and related public programming.
  3. $2,007 spent. Inspiration Point presented DANGER LIVE ARTISTS, the inaugural exhibition of our gallery "Fashion Moda Modern", reconnecting the community with the artists and cultural movement that helped shape the identity of the Bronx and the legacy of the original Fashion Moda gallery. The exhibition featured historic and contemporary works by influential artists associated with the South Bronx arts movement, including Jenny Holzer, Guerrilla Girls, and others. The exhibition provided free public access to visual arts programming that celebrated the cultural history and continuing artistic influence of the South Bronx.
