Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

  1. $19,837 spent. Pause to Thrive is a non-profit organization focused on providing support and resources for individuals dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), particularly those from the military, first responder, and chronic illness communities. The organization's core mission is to inspire hope to unleash your power to heal. We believe that by providing a supportive community, educational resources, and holistic healing modalities, we can empower individuals to navigate their healing journey and reclaim their lives from the perils of trauma. Our mission at Pause to Thrive, "Inspiring Hope to Unleash your Power to Heal," is built on the belief that healing from PTSD is a deeply personal and empowering process. Rather than focusing on a one-size-fits-all approach, our organization provides a diverse range of programs and services that address the unique challenges faced by different groups. For military personnel and first responders, programs may focus on peer support, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices that help process the stress and trauma associated with their high-stakes professions. For individuals with PTSD from chronic illness, the focus is on addressing the emotional and psychological toll of long-term health battles, which can often be overlooked.
