Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $16,820 spent. We assisted 13 "CAURD" dispensary license holders. Among the 13 we served, 8 sought assistance with obtaining approval from OCM to open their dispensary and assistance with obtaining management and funding assistance. Three (3) only sought management and funding assistance. One (1) sought post-dispensary-opening assistance on obtaining funding and 1 sought post-dispensary-opening assistance on obtaining management assistance.
  2. $26,820 spent. We assisted 20 conditional cultivation license holders. Each was interested in knowing how to open a GMP certified cannabis processing facility. We provided that information.
  3. $36,819 spent. We assisted 30 micro-business license holders. They also wanted to know how to open a GMP certified cannabis processing facility. Additionally, they sought assistance in actually opening a GMP compliant processing facility. All were provided information on how to open a GMP processing facility.
