Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- Our exempt purpose falls under the charitable category of relief of the distressed. Through our mental health support programs, we identify veterans in distress and offer them a confidential and stigma-free avenue to seek professional help. By providing veterans with free therapy sessions and creating supportive group environments, we directly contribute to improving their lives and those around them. This, in turn, furthers our exempt purposes of relieving distress among veterans and assisting them in their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
