Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $25,856 spent. Teen Mental Health, Life Skills, and Peer Support - In 2025, Rebuild Yourself Inc. continued providing compassion-based peer support, life skills education, and leadership development opportunities for middle and high school teens in Central Florida. Through group sessions, teen activities, discussion based lessons, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships, the organization helped youth build confidence, healthy communication skills, self worth, emotional awareness, and positive peer connections. Rebuild Yourself continued to serve teens ages 11 to 19 in Orange and Osceola Counties, with a focus on creating safe spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and empowered. Since its founding, Rebuild Yourself has served more than 1,000 teens through peer support in 5 years through life skills programming and community-based youth services.
  2. $6,895 spent. ROSE and Adolescent Young Adult Support Services - In 2025, Rebuild Yourself Inc. continued developing and strengthening its ROSE program, which stands for Reach Out, Share, Empower. This program supports youth, adolescents, young adults, and families impacted by pediatric illness, medical hardship, and life changing diagnoses. The program focuses on emotional support, encouragement, connection, care based outreach, and peer support for young people who may feel isolated due to illness or treatment. Rebuild Yourself continued building a foundation for hospital outreach, virtual peer support, family encouragement activities, and resources that help youth and families feel less alone while navigating difficult medical journeys.
  3. $1,723 spent. Caregiver, Family, and Legacy Support - In 2025, Rebuild Yourself Inc. expanded its mission to include caregiver and family support, recognizing that families also need connection, encouragement, and community while supporting a child or young person through hardship. This pillar includes support for caregivers who are actively navigating a child's diagnosis, families adjusting after difficult medical experiences, and families honoring the legacy of a loved one. Following the loss of Karina, whose journey inspired much of Rebuild Yourself's mission, the organization deepened its commitment to helping families rebuild through community, compassion, courage, and connection. This work helped shape Rebuild Yourself's three core pillars: Teen Mental Health and Life Skills, ROSE and Adolescent Young Adult Support, and Caregiver and Family Support.
