Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $96,173 spent. In carrying out our exempt purpose in 2025, Open Sky held, within the NH State Prison, acting classes that met four times per week for 2-3 hours per day working with an acting ensemble comprised of beginner and advanced students. We have a cohort of about 20 inmates participating as actors plus about 35 inmates involved with technical and set building. According to the Key Informant Interviews conducted by JSI , Open Sky participants experience: Increased self-awareness; an increased sense of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence; increased self-control/decrease impulsivity; improved speech, increased eye contact and improved communication skills; increased empathy and thoughtfulness; ability to think things through and more engagement with others; the ability to find comfort in an uncomfortable situation; an improved way of treating others. Finally, we started a grassroots effort to build a bridge project between incarceration and reintegration starting from skill sets established in our program toward co-operative opportunities focused on livable wage employment and housing opportunities post incarceration.
