Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $44,729 spent. Through partner vets in one of the communities we serve we were able to fund 487 spay/neuter surgeries for a combination of shelter animals (to make them adoption/rescue ready), and provide heavily subsidized ($20) spay/neuter services for owned animals belonging to individuals who receive public assistance. This effort is critical to our upstream approach to tackling the animal overpopulation crisis.
  2. $102,397 spent. Saving at risk-animals from overburdened shelters and providing needed vet services, training, and transport to make them adoption-ready. In 2025 we were able to save 87 at-risk dogs and cats through direct adoption as well as assisting with vetting and transport to partner rescues. Many of our rescues are medically needy dogs that would not get a chance without us.
