Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $36,953 spent. The Swapan Chaudhuri Digital Tabla Library has compiled about 4,000 compositions taught over the past 40 years by Swapan Chaudhuri, a renowned expert in the tradition of North Indian Tabla percussion. These compositions are posted online in the form of video demonstrations, audio files, written notation, live recordings, and other educational materials. The library has since expanded these materials and segregated a database entitled, "First Lessons," designed for students without prior training. The musical notation has been updated to be more consistent and easier to follow, the organization of specific composition types has been improved along with improved navigation and functionality. A new mobile App was added to allow easy access to this incredible database. In addition, there are over 35 live concert recordings and interviews available on the site, and video recordings of instruction from other well-know tabla players have been added. These materials are publicly available via the SCDTL website, www.sctablalibrary.org, and are accessible through subscription-based memberships. This digital archive was officially launched on November 5,2022 with the goal to preserve the work of Swapan Chaudhuri and the tradition of Indian Classical percussion.Membership fees are an important source of support for the organization's ongoing operational, administrative, and program expenses, supplemented by grants and donations from the general public. We are moving toward our goal to reach a membership base of more than 500 regular subscribers within the next few years. Currently, the website has over 1,400 user accounts, of which 203 are recurring paid subscribers. Additional musical compositions and educational materials are being added on a regular basis. Within the last year, 200 classes and about 650 compositions were added to the digital library. This project is continually developing.
