  1. $218,966 spent. Next Door Ministries has continued to provide a transitional home environment for men seeking community, mentorship, developing individual life plans, and community service. Occupancy has been 12 to 17 men, who must adhere to the participation agreement to be allowed to occupy as a resident in this affordable programming. The main goals accomplished are pride of community, health, and building relationships that foster and encourage participation in the Life Plan and the playbook tailored to each individual, working on 5 specific areas of growth in Spiritual, Financial, Family, Health, and rebuilding relationships. Each man meets monthly with the house manger to review, revise and for accountability. Pride of location in keeping up each property's interior and exterior to be a good neighbor, in good repair and presentable. Weekly chores, regular house inspections, clean-up, and maintenance are covered by the men living in the community. Each resident has an outside mentor, who connects and gives advice and gets to know each man for personal help and encouragement. This continues to be supported by house manager meetings, and the weekly Bible studies. The ministry program is flourishing and overall goals are being met.
