Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $150 spent. Live Rich Learn - 2024 Impact & Accomplishments In 2024, Live Rich Learn continued to grow as a community-driven nonprofit focused on education, health, movement, and access. What began as a vision for service translated into consistent, tangible impact through programs, clinics, and partnerships that centered people over profit. Community Programs & Events Throughout the year, Live Rich Learn hosted and supported multiple free and low-cost community clinics centered around basketball, physical activity, and youth development. These clinics provided safe, structured environments where participants could learn skills, build confidence, and experience mentorship from coaches who prioritize character as much as performance. Our All-Star clinics brought together athletes of varying ages and skill levels, emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and discipline rather than rankings or exposure. Attendance and engagement showed a clear demand for programming that focuses on development, not hype. Youth & Family Engagement Live Rich Learn intentionally created spaces where families felt welcome, not just athletes. Parents were able to observe, connect, and trust that their children were being taught with care and integrity. This approach strengthened community relationships and reinforced the importance of positive role models in youth spaces. Partnerships & Collaboration In 2024, Live Rich Learn collaborated with local trainers, gyms, and community leaders to extend its reach without overextending resources. These partnerships allowed programs to remain accessible while maintaining quality and safety. Shared facilities and volunteer support played a key role in sustaining operations. Education Through Movement At the core of Live Rich Learn's mission is the belief that movement is education. Programming consistently integrated lessons on discipline, consistency, health, and self-respect. Participants were encouraged to think critically about their bodies, habits, and choices - reinforcing long-term wellness over short-term performance. Accessibility & Equity All programming in 2024 was designed with accessibility in mind. Live Rich Learn worked to reduce financial barriers through free clinics, donations, and community support. The organization prioritized neighborhoods and families that often lack consistent access to structured recreational or educational opportunities. Organizational Growth & Governance Behind the scenes, 2024 was a year of infrastructure and alignment. Live Rich Learn: * Strengthened internal systems and documentation * Clarified leadership roles and board structure * Maintained compliance with state and federal nonprofit requirements * Formalized policies to ensure transparency, accountability, and sustainability These efforts were intentional steps toward long-term stability and responsible stewardship. Culture & Values More than numbers, Live Rich Learn measured success by presence, consistency, and trust. The organization focused on showing up when promised, doing what was said, and creating environments rooted in respect and purpose. This consistency laid the groundwork for deeper impact moving forward. Looking Ahead The momentum built in 2024 positions Live Rich Learn for continued growth in 2025. With a clearer structure, strong community trust, and proven programming, the organization is prepared to expand offerings, deepen partnerships, and continue serving with integrity. Live Rich Learn remains committed to its core principle: community before hype, education before exposure, and service before recognition.
