What it says it does

Our goal with Out of the Ashes Foundation is to help restore hope in each grieving parent and couple who comes through our ministry. We believe that ultimate healing will come only from a renewed and deepened relationship with our Creator. He is the living water that does not run dry. He restores. He refreshes. He redeems. And it is from this hope that long-term healing can make a home in a broken heart.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (4)
  1. $56,500 spent. Medical Grant Program: Provides financial assistance for medical bills associated with pregnancy or infant loss. We alleviate the financial burden from grieving parents so they can focus on navigating a new normal with their families. Through the fundraising from out events, corporate sponsorships, church partners and individual donors, we can practically serve bereaved families by covering medical expenses associated with pregnancy loss and early infant loss.
  2. $2,569 spent. Bereaved Mother's Day and Father's Day Event Program: This program honors grieving parents on some of the hardest days of the year by sending personalized gifts, handwritten cards, and hosting meaningful events of rememberance. These acts of compassion provide comfort, remind parents that their children are not forgotten, and create space for community and healing in the midst of loss.
  3. $2,025 spent. Care Pack Program: The Care Pack Program provides specially curated care packages for newly bereaved parents following pregnancy or infant loss -- offering a tangible expression of love and support when words often fall short. These care packs help friends or family reach out in meaningful ways during moments of deep grief, ensuring that no one walks that journey alone.
  4. $469 spent. Community Group: The Out of the Ashes Community Group is a monthly, faith-based support gathering designed for couples (and individuals) who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, or infertility. Led by a therapist, it offers a safe, caring space to share, wrestle wit difficult spiritual and practical questions, and connect with others on a similar journey. The goal is for no one to grieve alone.
