Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- $306 spent. Our company website has made some progress, once we have the website complete, we hope to then be able to show dogs available at kill-shelters for shelters to request Ruff Past Rescue to relocate the kill-shelter dog to a non-kill shelter dog. The general public will have the same access to have the dog brought to their home.
- Our rescue has relocated an aggressive dog in South Florida to Maine where a dog trainer volunteers to train aggressive breeds to make them adoptable dogs.
