Programs described in its return (2)
- $56,477 spent. SAGE's Employment Program provides trauma-informed, on-the-job training and paid work experience to survivors of sex trafficking. In 2025, the program served 7 adult female participants who engaged in 2082 hours of job training in areas such as jewelry production, computer repair, and online retail. During this time each survivor received includes on-shift behavioral health coaching to reinforce job readiness, teamwork, and emotional regulation. The program also includes feedback on workplace behaviors, technical skill-building, and employment mentorship. SAGE Maintains an 83% rate of employment for survivors one year after they complete our program.
- $20,355 spent. The Survivor Community Program provides stabilization, support, and community-building for adult female survivors of sex trafficking who face ongoing barriers such as complex PTSD, agoraphobia, addiction, and social isolation. In 2025, SAGE served 33 women and their children through this program. Services included weekly case management and career development sessions designed to address immediate needs such as housing, transportation, and childcare while supporting long-term goals like education and employment. SAGE also held 15 survivor-centered community events, including art nights, shared meals, and wellness activities, which offered structured, trauma-informed opportunities for participants to rebuild trust, reduce isolation, and form healthy peer relationships. The program's long-term goal is to help participants achieve practical and emotional stability, supportive personal relationships, and prepare for employment or formal education.
