Destress the Community

What it says it does
we had online yoga events, meditations and a few speaking engagements. We went and visited a few parks as well this past year. We did a few online vision workshops and one in person. We did free zoom yoga classes to get the community involved. We did a few facebook fundraisers to raise money and educational awareness on educating and advocating for individuals to destress. That is where the $100 came from.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
