Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $7,000 spent. Each project begins with locating a suitable wall then getting permission to install a mural from the property owner. Once permission is granted we begin to draft a design for approval form property owner. Our murals engage the community and reflect the culture and rich history of the Chinatown and Lower East Side neighborhoods. If possible we collaborate with other street artists in its installation and accept volunteers. The number of participants vary on the size of wall to be painted.
