LONEWOLF TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE: SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS MEMBERS ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO ALL ARIZONA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS STANDARD REAL ESTATE FORMS (WITH UPDATES AND REVISIONS DONE ON A CONTINUING BASIS) AND PROVIDES FOR THE SHARING OF DATA BETWEEN ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SAME TRANSACTION. THE SOFTWARE IS CURRENTLY UTILIZED BY APPROXIMATELY 33,445 MEMBERS. THE EXPENSE FOR THIS BENEFIT WAS 373,288 IN 2024 THROUGH LONEWOLF TECHNOLOGIES. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED THROUGH AAR'S BUSINESS SERVICES TEAM TO A MINIMUM OF 40 CALLERS PER DAY. ADDITIONALLY, FULL DAY TRAINING CLASSES ARE PROVIDED WEEKLY EACH MONTH.
  2. LEGAL HOTLINE: THE LEGAL HOTLINE MEMBER BENEFIT ALLOWS AAR DESIGNATED BROKER MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZED MANAGERS TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY FOR GENERAL REAL ESTATE LEGAL ADVICE. CURRENTLY UTILIZED BY 1,824 DESIGNATED BROKERS AND 888 BROKER DESIGNEES. THIS BENEFIT WAS PROVIDED BY ZELMS ERLICH & MACK LLP IN 2024 AT AN ANNUAL COST OF 213,800.
  3. CLAREITY SECURITY LLC: OUR SINGLE SIGN ON PLATFORM IS A WEBSITE UTILIZED FROM THE CLAREITY COMPANY. IT SIMPLIFIED THE LOGIN PROCESS FOR VARIOUS MEMBER PLATFORMS, WEBSITES AND SEVERAL COOPERATING MLS SYSTEMS. IN 2024, THE SYSTEM WAS UTILIZED BY 3,600 MEMBERS AND THE EXPENSE FOR THIS BENEFIT WAS 170,382.
