Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $2,000 spent. In 2024, Culture x Community received a $2,500 grant to plan a community festival focused on neurodivergent youth and cultural inclusion. Funds supported early-stage planning, partnership outreach, and program design. The festival is scheduled for Fall 2025 and will serve an estimated 75+ attendees
- 2. Arts & Culture Workshop Development The organization focused on continuing to develop arts education programming for youth ages 613. Efforts included working with the Ashland Library on community research, curriculum planning, and reaching out to students for volunteer recruitment for future workshops designed to promote community engagement and creativity.
- Due to an earlier successful school-supply initiative that supported 3 students identified by teachers as having high needs. We are making plans to continue that by offering these students with tools for educational success, such as backpacks and tuition support for those interested in further education
