Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- Our chapters are aiding in improving institutional policy across the country. These chapters reside at the University of Connecticut and its School of Medicine, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Collectively, these chapters have over 150 members who we have reached with our vision and efforts.
- Students can continue to submit their stories anonymously through our website that were then screened and posted. Many of these stories described the unspoken hardships that individuals face along their path to becoming physicians. Our intention with this project is to normalize the mental struggles that medical and pre-medical students face and offer positive habits to adopt.
- Connection is Prevention Series is a online video series in which health professionals share their experiences with mental health in the medical field. Clips of these interviews were produced into short videos to be published on our social media. The intent behind this project was to normalize the mental health struggles that individuals often face from the challenges of pursuing and practicing medicine. Additionally, these interviews were also an opportunity for us to share positive behavioral and physical habits with our audience to support their ability to cope with any difficulties they are dealing with. We are in the process of publishing more videos.
- Our social media campaigns are our most effective medium to reach our audience. The official Medical Minds Matter Inc. Instagram account has around 1,300 followers that we interact with through stores and posts. Some of these posts include the previously mentioned initiatives that our executive board produced. Additionally, our account executes our organization's vision through posts that promote beneficial habits and destigmatize mental health struggles.
