Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (4)
  1. $51,391 spent. Pro SE: Through our Pro SE Program, The Alliance helps individuals seeking asylum, submitting motions, and applying for work permits complete, translate, and submit their applications. While we do not provide legal representation in these cases, we offer guidance and support throughout the application process to help ensure people can tell their story clearly and meet critical deadlines.During the October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 short-year, the Pro SE program assisted individuals in securing 51 work permits, filing 11 asylum applications, and 23 motions.
  2. $17,130 spent. Hazte Valer: Initial consultation program: Hazte Valer means assert yourself or make yourself matter. Through "hazte valer," our immigration attorney offers hour-long initial consultations to anyone who has immigration questions or needs help or a second opinion. During the October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 short-year, the Hazte Valer program provided 59 of these consultations.
  3. $12,847 spent. Wood River Asylum Project (WRAP): The Alliance is the only non-profit in Blaine County that takes on asylum cases due to their complicated and time-consuming nature. Through WRAP, The Alliance offers clients access to low-bono and pro-bono legal services at a radically reduced rate based on income. The right to seek asylum is guaranteed by the constitution, by U.S. statutory law, and by our treaty obligations.
  4. $4,283 spent. Project Solo: special immigrant juvenile status program: special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS) is an immigration classification designed to protect immigrants under the age of 21 who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents a situation that is common in Blaine County. SIJS requires that immigration attorneys expand their practices to include representing their child clients in both family/state court and immigration court. Project Solo empowers and shelters this precarious group of children by helping them obtain legal permanent residence in the United States. 1 SJIS case was undertaken through Project Solo in the October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 short year.
