THE SCHOLARS COME FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS OF INDIGENOUS AND SOCIALLY OPPRESSED GROUPS. ALUMNI AND SCHOLARS ARE SPREAD ACROSS DIVERSE SECTORS RANGING FROM AVIATION, HEALTH, HOSPITALITY, ENGINEERING, MEDICAL AND LAW TO NAME A FEW. TIYARA SCHOLARSHIPS SUPPORT SCHOLARS UNTIL THEY GRADUATE. BY THE END OF FY 2024, 74 GRADUATED ON TIYARA SCHOLARSHIPS. 38 SCHOLARS WERE ACTIVELY FUNDED DURING FY 24. AN MOU WAS SIGNED WITH A PARTNER IN NORTHERN THAILAND, AND THE FIRST TIYARA SCHOLARSHIP WAS EXTENDED TO AN UNDERSERVED SCHOLAR THERE.
