What it says it does

TinCup Charity Group, Inc. is a nonprofit organization located in Brentwood, Tennessee. The mission of our organization is to put on a yearly golf tournament partnering with a single charity and donating all funds raised directly to that charity. Our goal is to have the golfers attending the tournament donate to a selected charity that we wish to support each year, and spreading to multiple charities a year once we are established. Our organization would send all net proceeds raised to the designated charity. We plan on hosting around 150 golfers per tournament a year at the local country club that we rent out. The golf tournament would consist of the golf course rental, food, and beverage, gift bags, etc. We would have a total of around 10 people volunteering at this golf tournament each year and increasing that amount as we grow for future tournaments.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
