Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- Veterinary Care: 90% of the pups we take in are in deplorable care. Many have never received any medical care at all. Shar Pei have horrible allergies which turn into infections when ignored. They are very prone to ear and eye issues - and they eyes require surgery. Most of the dogs we take in are heart worm positive.
- medication from intake exams plus maintenance food including prescription supplements. even the healthiest pup requires support to try and get healthy.
- operating expenses: state forms paper printer ink PO box rental transport fees. Even with volunteer drivers with the economy being what it it people cant afford gas. Fosters need help with food. Our donations are down and our expenses are up.
