OUR STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT SEASONALITY, HEIRLOOM VARIETIES OF SEEDS, WHAT COMPOSTING IS AND HOW TO DO IT, THE IMPORTANCE OF POLLINATORS, HOW FOOD GROWS, HOW TO HARVEST IT, AND OF COURSE HOW TO COOK IT, AMONGST A VARIETY OF OTHER FOOD TOPICS.
