What it says it does
Friends of Faye has made it our mission to serve our community. We strongly believe that we will not adopt our way out of the problem of pet overpopulation which is why we focus heavily on prevention and community outreach. We work alongside local shelters and in collaboration with other rescue groups to secure the best outcome for each animal that comes through our Fosters doors.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (3)
- $98,199 spent. Vetting Expenses - Our organization collaborates closely with community veterinarians to rescue and rehabilitate senior dogs that are often neglected or abandoned due to age-related reasons. These dogs on the verge of dire conditions receive vital medical attention and care enabling them to have a second chance at a fulfilling life. Through our partnerships we are able to access critical veterinary services at significantly reduced rates with discounts of up to 25% ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder these life-saving interventions for our canine companions.
- $1,539 spent. Supplies are essential to our foster-based program which operates thanks to donor funding. These supplies encompass a range of items vital for the well-being of our foster families and the animals in their care including food toys beds treats and more. This support ensures that our foster homes are equipped to provide a nurturing environment for the animals under their temporary care promoting their health and happiness during their stay with us.
- $900 spent. Our organization has developed partnerships with nearby in-home boarding facilities to provide foster families the flexibility to travel without worrying about their foster dogs. This service enables foster families to enjoy the freedom to go on trips or vacations while ensuring their foster pets are well cared for in their absence.
