Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. Carlsbad Youth Soccer Association has accomplished many things over the years. We have seen unprecedented growth in our programs, reaching somewhere between 600 and 700 youth in our city in the fall season and 350-450 in the spring season. To bring more competition to our city, we recently began holding a sanctioned tournament in December, which attracted many local teams and teams from neighboring cities and states. We have been able to offer free and reduced registration prices to needy families and we have given financial assistance to our high school boys and girls soccer programs.
