Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $3,020 spent. 1. T-shirts. By selling t-shirts featuring the organization's logo and various graphic designs, attention is directed to those in need of food and education. These custom t-shirts serve as a billboard, creating awareness of vulnerable children throughout the world. Sale of each shirt supports the feeding and educating of one child for an entire school year. 2. Races. 5K races will be hosted on an annual basis. Implementation of these races creates another path to raise funds and heighten awareness of the critical needs of these children. These races develop a sense of community, which serves the organization well developmentally. Furthermore, these events help parents teach children about others' needs and the great difference that little acts of love can make. 3. Concerts. While providing a relaxing and fun venue, these concerts draw attention to the children in third world countries who are in need of food and education. The Knights of Columbus are often present at these events, providing meals in exchange for a free will donation to the cause. Approximately 100 volunteers assist in these activities. Heartland for Kids provides funding for the kitchens of Marys Meals feeding and educating children in Mcheza, Mangombo and Samama all of Malawi, Africa. In addition a small donation of $2,580 was made to the Providence Foundation School in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa.
