Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $169,752 spent. Our programs continue to grow and expand while offering training 12 months a year. Our training program may be viewed at coastsidecert.com. By December 31, 2025, we had 2,630 members, 532 CERTs, 144 HAMs, and 31of 32 neighborhoods had CERT leadership. The Coastside CERT program was more financially sustainable throughout 2025 because of a San Mateo County Measure K grant for financial support of personnel costs, which provided modest compensation for key positions.
