Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (2)
- $81,350 spent. Jugaads 2024 Emerging Leaders Cohort took place from March-September with recruiting and applications in January-February and public Kick-Off March and Graduation September events. This years cohort graduated 11 members and met for 7 monthly sessions to connect with fellow cohort members meet local leaders and study topics related to job-seeking civic leadership professional development and other cohort-driven interests. The cohort program includes a trip to the MN State Capital to meet local elected officials tour historic civic buildings and be immersed in experiential learning about civic engagement. In 2024 we were able to bring a group of 9 program alumni board members and staff to Washington DC for a 3-day national civics field trip which included visiting the White House.
- $7,487 spent. Jugaads Mentorship program paired 9 mentor-mentee groups to continue intentional social professional mentoring in a one-on-one setting. We invite these groups to all JLP events and celebrate the beginning of their mentorship year with a kickoff celebration and some materials to help guide their meetings. Ultimately how and where mentors and mentees meet is up to them but we encourage connecting at least once a month.
