Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $4,290 spent. Throughout the calendar year, communities throughout Cuyahoga County (Ohio), earn points for participation in a variety of Community Cup ClassicTM family centered activities, programs, events, opportunities and sports. The annual event calendar culminates in the summer with The Community Cup ClassicTM Finals, a week celebration filled with signature events. Through direct partnerships community residents will have an opportunity to work with leaders and professionals throughout the year who will provide mentorship in leadership, opportunities to participate in civic engagement, career training, academics, peer support and health/wellness and fitness activities.
  2. $7,019 spent. The 2023 Negro League Soul programs continued to highlight how the Negro League baseball player not only reflects American society and culture in general, but his daily experiences bring awareness to how the past is always with us - to teach us, and to provide inspiration and encouragement to those facing similar challenges today. We are thankful to the Cuyahoga County Arts and Culture Council for funds to support our efforts. As a result all programs are free.
