Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $75,495 spent. OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF DISABILITY-RELATED ISSUES AMONG BUSINESSES IN THE RGV. BUSINESSES IMPROVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLIANCE WITH ADA REGULATIONS, AND INCREASED HIRES. COMPANIES HAVE REPORTED ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY, REDUCED TURNOVER RATES, AND IMPROVED EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY GAINED ACCESS TO A DIVERSE TALENT POOL. WE HAVE RECEIVED ACCOLADES FROM BOTH BUSINESS LEADERS AND MEMBER OF THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY FOR OUR COMMITMENT TO DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE. OUR EFFORTS HAVE GARNERED ATTENTION AND SUPPORT FROM VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, MEDIA, AND CORPORATE PARTNERS.
