What it says it does

LITTLE LOBBYISTS ACTION NETWORK (LLAN) IS A GROUP OF FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES. WE ADVOCATE TO PROTECT AND EXPAND THEIR RIGHTS THROUGH EDUCATION, OUTREACH, AND POLICY CHANGE. BORN IN RESPONSE TO HARMFUL LEGISLATION, WE MEET WITH LAWMAKERS OFTEN WITH OUR CHILDREN AND THEIR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO SHOW THE REAL-LIFE IMPACT OF PROGRAMS LIKE THE ACA, MEDICAID, ADA, AND IDEA. OUR GOAL IS TO ENSURE CHILDREN WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS CAN ACCESS THE HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, AND INCLUSION THEY NEED TO THRIVE. WE ALSO EMPOWER OTHER FAMILIES TO ENGAGE IN ADVOCACY AT THE LOCAL AND STATE LEVEL.

Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
