Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $44,763 spent. THE PROGRAM WE FUNDED THIS YEAR WAS FOR ATHLETIC DIRECTOR MENTORSHIP. THIS GROUP DIRECTLY IMPACTS THE PEOPLE WE REPRESENT THROUGH THE FOUNDATION, SO THE BOARD FELT STRONGLY IN SUPPORTING THIS PROGRAM. ATHLETIC DIRECTORS HAVE A HIGH TURNOVER RATE, SO A MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO HELP GUIDE AND MENTOR THEM IN THE HOPE THAT IT WOULD IMPROVE THEIR SUCCESS ON THE JOB AND THEIR ENJOYMENT OF THE JOB. OUR FUNDS WENT TO PAYING THE 3 AD MENTORS THAT WERE HIRED. THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH NEW ATHLETIC DIRECTORS TO HELP THEM, VIA IN PERSON MEETINGS TRAVELING AROUND THE STATE TO VISIT THEM AND VIA VITUAL MEETINGS. POSITIVE FEEDBACK WAS RECEIVED FROM ATHLETIC DIRECTORS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS PROGRAM. OUR FUNDRAISING EFFORS TO SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM WERE FOCUSED ON HOSTING A GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ONLINE AUCTION TO RAISE MONEY.
