Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $164,728 spent. There were an estimated 50,000 undocumented immigrants in Kentucky in 2014 or 1.1 of the state population. 56,157 people in Kentucky, including 22,262 born in the US, lived with at least one undocumented family member. Nearly 3,000 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival DACA recipients live in Kentucky. However, immigrants have little access to legal services to navigate the U.S. justice system because current legal clinics in Kentucky are either inaccessible due to cost or overloaded with clients. We are excited to welcome our immigrant neighbors to Kentucky through low-cost legal services, specifically in Lexington, Eastern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and beyond. Currently we are looking for people who believe in this work and want to partner with us financially.
