Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $2,500 spent. ADMINISTRATION OF A PROGRAM TO: (1) IDENTIFY AND CERTIFY EMPLOYERS AS CERTIFIED AGE FRIENDLY EMPLOYERS (CAFE) BASED ON EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE COMMITTED TO OBJECTIVELY CONSIDERING OLDER WORKERS FOR APPROPRIATE EMPLOYMENT FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION AND (2) MAKE THE NAMES OF THESE EMPLOYERS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AT NO COST. THE AGE FRIENDLY FOUNDATION REDUCED ITS ACTIVITY DURING 2024 TO FOCUS PRIMARILY ON PROVIDING SUPPORT TO MEMBERS OF THE PROFESSIONAL CARE WORKFORCE IN TIMES OF DEMONSTRATED NEED. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN BUILDING THIS FUND WITH SUPPORT FROM FAMILIES WHO WERE CUSTOMERS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PARTNER, MATURE CAREGIVERS. THE GOAL WAS TO CREATE A RESOURCE THAT THE ORGANIZATION'S CAREGIVERS COULD ACCESS IN URGENT OR EMERGENT SITUATIONS. THE PROGRAM WAS STARTED, BUT HAS NOT BEEN FULLY DEVELOPED.
