What it says it does
To teach attendees to reveal ones true nature and become a Buddha Maitreyas family member, to achieve a balanced life, to gain wisdom and build a harmonious family and peaceful society. To encourage members to become vegetarians, and prepare vegetarian meals. To become reborn at Buddha Maitreyas Pure Land in the next life. The main purpose of I-Kuan Tao cultivation is found in its reverence for heaven and earth: honor and adoration of all immortals, Saints, and angels in the cosmos. It springs from loyalty and truthfulness, obedience to parents, harmony with friends and neighbors, humility, honesty, pure thoughts and virtue. By pursuing the Tao, we will break down the reoccurrence of reincarnation which will allow us to enter heaven and exist in everlasting peace and serenity. The Tao enables us to continually work to develop one's innate wisdom.

Financial health

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
