IMPRONTA COMMUNITY CENTER WE HELD A PARTICIPATORY WORKSHOP WITH THE IMPRONTA FOUNDATION OF VENEZUELA, IN WHICH THEY WERE ABLE TO COLLECTIVELY TRANSFORM THE SPACE OF THEIR COMMUNITY CENTER. THE FINAL DESIGN WAS THEN COMPLETED, ALONG WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING PLANS FOR THE CENTER. TEE OASIS LA VEGA ORGANIZATION CREATED A ONE-WEEK INTENSIVE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WORKSHOP FOR 50 STUDENTS OF RURAL SCHOOL IN LA VEGA MUNICIPALITY, IN CARACAS, VENEZUELA. DURING THE WORKSHOP THE KIDS DESIGNED A PARK FOR THE SCHOOL THAT INCLUDES FILTERED DRINKING WATER. THE SCHOOL PARK WILL BE BUILT IN 2025. RECREATIONAL FOR ESCUELA FE Y ALEGRIA ENRIQUE DE OSSO ORGANIZATION CREATED A ONE-WEEK INTENSIVE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WORKSHOP FOR 22 STUDENTS OF A SCHOOL IN ARTIGAS MUNICIPALITY, IN CARACAS, VENEZUELA. DURING THE WORKSHOP THE KIDS DESIGNED A PARK FOR THE SCHOOL. THE SCHOOL PARK WILL BE BUILT IN 2025. WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP THIS YEAR, WE BEGAN SUPPORTING A GROUP OF ARTISAN WOMEN FROM THE RURAL AREA OF THE ESTADO SUCRE IN VENEZUELA. THIS PROGRAM TEACHES THEM EMBROIDERY AND SEWING CLASSES SO THEY CAN LATER SELL THE PRODUCTS THEY MAKE. THEY HAVE ALSO LEARNED TO ORGANIZE THEMSELVES AS A SUPPORTIVE GROUP, AS WELL AS LEARNING ABOUT BUDGETING AND MARKETING. THROUGH THIS WONDERFUL PROGRAM, WE HAVE EMPOWERED THESE WOMEN, MADE THEM PROUD OF THEIR CREATIONS, AND ULTIMATELY PROVIDED ADDITIONAL INCOME FOR THEIR HOMES.
