- $1.4 million spent. Grove Park Renewal Inc. is devoted to revitalizing the Grove Park community by providing high-quality, affordable housing to low-income and distressed individuals and families. Our mission extends beyond housing; we actively work to build a supportive community by fostering connections among residents and linking them to essential social services, creating a foundation for constructive, positive relationships within the neighborhood. In 2024, we continued expanding affordable housing options to meet the community's growing needs. With the full launch of operations at the Villas of Hope-an apartment community acquired in a prior year-we added 36 apartments to our affordable housing portfolio. Today, our properties provide secure, affordable homes for 135 residents across Grove Park. Grove Park Renewal manages 69 affordable housing units, the majority of which are reserved for households earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI). We also continue to support sister nonprofits by managing their affordable housing units, ensuring efficient and compassionate service to Grove Park's low-income population.
