- $200 spent. Conducted neighborhood forums and events and maintained a website covering topics identified as important or of interest to approximately 19,000 residential and business neighbors.
- Based on input solicited from neighborhood residents, small businesses, and developers by means of the foregoing activities we consulted to City of Somerville planning staff, at their request, to support their crafting of new zoning for an "Arts and Innovation Zoning District" within our organization's catchment area.
- Negotiated among labor unions and real-estate developer Rafi Properties to produce a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) that included a first-ever project labor agreement. Conducted a neighborhood vote in which approximately 2,200 neighborhood residents, property owners, small business owners, and workers voted on whether to approve the CBA.
