Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (4)
- $16,691 spent. UVCC performed The Sounding Sea on Friday January 31, 2025 at 7pm and again on Sunday, February 2 at 2pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 1 Middle St, Brunswick, ME. It was a richly textured program that evoked both our spirit of adventure and our need to return to the communities and people we love. Replete with images of seascapes, desert landscapes, and urban milieu, The Sounding Sea wove together a variety of musical styles to highlight and connect poems that reflect a panoply of human experiences. It featured music by contemporary composers Jan Sandstrom, Caroline Shaw, Eriks Esenvalds, Eric William Barnum, Jake Runestad, Cecilia McDowell, Matthew Lyon Hazzard, and Maine based composer Philip Carlsen.
- $16,691 spent. UVCC performed The Birds and The Bees on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 7 pm and again on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 2 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church at 1 Middle St, Brunswick ME. The program drew its inspiration from Renaissance madrigals and chansons. Though there were a few "modern Madrigals" in the program, each selection featured some element of madrigalism, text painting, onomatopoeia, imitation, chromaticism, irregular phrasing and thinly veiled eroticism. Largely a cappella, the program alternated between expressions of yearning lyricism and cheeky rhythmic vitality. It included works by Norman Dello Joio, Morton Lauridsen, Georgiann Toole, Hyo-Won Woo, Carol Nicholeris, Joshua Shank, and Christopher Hoh.
- Community Service, UVCC performed at the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony for the Brunswick (Maine) Downtown Association on November 30, 2024. Audience size approx 200.
- Community Service, On October 7, 2024, several members of the UVCC aided the Midcoast Presbyterian Church, Topsham, ME, to unload hundreds of pumpkins for their annual fundraiser. Approximately 300 people benefit from the annual sale, which is where UVCC rehearses.
