Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $430 spent. Proposed legislation for service dogs, which was passed by the NH Senate but was killed in the House. Testified before two Senate and two House Committees on proposed legislation relating to service dogs. At the request of the Deputy Commissioner of the NH Dept. of Labor I attended five job fairs to discuss service dogs in the work place and the ADA requirements. Attended numerous chamber and other organization events to discuss and educate attendees on service dogs. Unfortunately, for the first time there was no one who applied for financial assistance. Commenced work on a mailing to all Veterinarians in the state to ensure they know of our services.
