Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $50,341 spent. SDA Educational program - In 2024 we continued to hold public (Zoom) meetings, send out bi-monthly newsletters, post on Facebook & Instagram, and to provide listening sessions for those affected by the military to share their experiences We also participated in a Population Health Initiative Project in conjunction with the University of Washington in 2024 and shared the results with the community.
- $22,494 spent. Our outreach and communications database was used to update the community on our accomplishments and give updates on relevant issues. Facebook and Instagram posts were enhanced and tracked - data showed ever increasing visits and engagement with our messaging. Other organizations with related missions were contacted and engaged with.
- $1,825 spent. SDA Road Map program - We continued to develop and refine our proposed EA18-G "Growler" drawdown and replacement plan ("The SDA Roadmap"). This plan presents the US Navy with a reasonable and achievable means of permanently solving the worst of military jet noise in NW Washington's civilian populated areas and the Olympic National Forest, thereby helping the public in general while also providing alternative uses for the Navy's base on Whidbey Island, WA.
