WE ARE INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN. THIS GIVES US THE FREEDOM TO SUPPORT PARA ATHLETES WHEREVER THEY ARE, WHOEVER THEY ROW FOR, AND WHATEVER THEIR GOALS MAY BE. WE WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS, CLUBS, COACHES, AND ORGANIZATIONS TO HELP BUILD STRONGER, MORE INCLUSIVE ROWING COMMUNITIES.

WHETHER IT IS LOANING AN ADAPTIVE SEAT, HOSTING TRAINING CAMPS, OR HELPING NATIONAL PROGRAMS BECOME MORE INCLUSIVE, WE REMOVE BARRIERS SO MORE INDIVIDUALS CAN ROW.
