Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $64,865 spent. OUR WISH GIFT PROGRAMS PROVIDE THE CHILD WITH A CREATIVE OUTLET THAT ALLOWS THE CHILD TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND PROVIDES RELIEF FROM STRESS AND ANXIETY.
  2. $7,233 spent. BLESSINGS BOXES WERE CREATED IN RESPONSE TO COVID. WE WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO THE HOSPITALS SO WE CREATED A PROGRAM THAT DELIVERS CRAFT KITS TO THE CHILD'S HOME. THIS PROVIDES A DISTRACTION FROM THE EMOTIONAL TURMOIL THEY ARE FACING WHILE GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENTS. THESE BOXES ARE INTENDED TO BE COMPLETED WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND IT ALLOWS THEM TIME TO BOND AND REFLECT ON THEIR JOURNEY. FAMILIES HAVE PROVIDED POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE PROGRAM AND THE RELIEF IT PROVIDES.
