Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $1,402 spent. The Saturday Childrens Bible Program provided Biblical teaching to approximately 150 children from Apapai village each Saturday. We provided snacks, Bible lessons and a reading program where any child could read Christ-centered books to earn points which they were able to spend on things like school supplies, food or school fees. We also provided additional help with school fees to a few of the children.
  2. $24,940 spent. The Women's Program continued to provide work opportunities to underprivileged individuals from the Teso region of Uganda, although we were a small group in 2025. We made leather goods, jewelry and quilts to sell in Ugandan shops as well as the States. There was a severe leather shortage in the program due to long tannery delays and poor quality leather, and as a result there were reduced work opportunities. We are hoping the leather issues will be resolved soon. Several students from Soroti town are participating in a reading program where they read 15 books a year to earn a scholarship. We also continue to help occasionally with other needs outside of the program such as assisting a widow who is a graduate with money to construct a small house or helping a single mother with a small scale business or medical needs.
