Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $39,260 spent. In 2024 FB4K Portland (dba Reborn Bikes) distributed 9,868 free bikes and provided bike safety education programs to almost 5000 kids. Distributed bikes are collected from a variety of sources including Portland Metro, keeping thousands of bikes out of landfills. Bikes were collected, refurbished and distributed by 739 volunteers who donated 6209 hours. Professional, paid bike mechanics ensure that the refurbished bikes are safe to ride before they are distributed to kids and families. FB4K partnered with 75 schools and social services organizations in the Portland Metro area and at the Oregon Coast to bring refurbished bikes, accessories, and bike safety programs to diverse communities.
