Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $2,677 spent. Adult civics education is a big part of PPA's mission. In 2024, PPA participated with the League of Women Voters of Washington to continue the Redistricting Reform Campaign for the State of Washington. This campaign seeks a Washington State constitutional amendment to change the Washington State Redistricting Commission to an people-first citizen commission and will include laws that ensure ongoing staff & technology support, process transparency, accountability and an inclusive process for public input and language accessibility. In 2024, PPA led the Task Force to secure an League of Women Voters of WA statewide resolution to support the campaign, followed the Soto Palmer vHobbs lawsuit and educated the public about its remedial map, and educated legislators on the need for redistricting reform. This work requires a tremendous amount of adult civic education for people to understand redistricting and understand the importance of reforming the commission.
- $454 spent. In 2024, PPA developed an online training for the Girl Scouts on Civic Engagement, access to the ballot box and bias in the media for youth ages 14 - 18.
