Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This return does not answer enough of the governance questions to score.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $698,557 spent. Other Programs: As climate disasters increase, we helped secure historic state investment in resilience. Our advocacy contributed to the passage of a $10 billion climate bond in California. Over $600 million will directly support safe and reliable drinking water systems. This milestone reflects our commitment to equity in climate adaptation. Were turning bold policy ideas into tangible protections for vulnerable communities
  2. $406,092 spent. Political: Shifting power to deliver safe water access. In an area where safe water had been long denied, we led a transformative local election effort. We supported candidates who prioritized clean and affordable water. The result: a governing board flipped after 20 years of inaction. This victory demonstrates the power of grassroots leadership and civic engagement. We're building local power to advance water justice where its needed most. In Congressional Districts 22 and 13, our team spoke with more than 20,000 voters by phone or at their door to encourage voter turnout.
